ABOUT SPARK'D EAR SEEDS
ABOUT SPARK'D EAR SEEDS
There are literally hundreds of points on the ear that correspond to nerve endings that run through your body.
To go over all of them would take a really, really long time. (At least 3 months...)
But there are some great baseline points that are a great place to start.
Every box of SPARK'D EarSeeds comes with a list of charts that you can use, mix and match, for all types of issues.
👇🏽 Below are just a few. 👇🏽
Shen Men
The Shen Men point is a great point to use at any time- on it's own or in combination with other points. It is referred to as a "master point" because of it's versatility and because it can heighten the affect of the other points it is used with. Great for calming the mind and balancing the spirit.
Point Zero
Point Zero is known to link directly to the vagus nerve.
In fact, it's the only place on the outer body shown to access the vagus nerve.
The vagus nerve is responsible for all sorts of body function, from physical health, like digestion, to emotional support, balancing the sympathetic / parasympathetic nervous system.

Use it in combination with the stomach point to help get you past those 10PM chocolate cravings.
The Temple Point
This point is located on the antitragus, a 'hot spot' of points that are used to address headaches throughout the head.
